CWAC has introduced a new mobile phone App that makes reporting issues and faults on the highways, streets and green spaces of the Borough much easier. To download the App simply go to your usual App store (Apple or Android) and search for Cheshire West and Chester.

When you have the App it takes just four simple steps to log a report.

1. Pinpoint the location on the map
2. Take a photo of the fault
3. Select a category and provide more information
4. Submit

All reports are sent immediately to the relevant service to deal with, and through the ‘Report it log’ on the app it’s easy to check the status of all reports.

New restrictions were introduced in Cheshire West and Chester on Wednesday 14 October in response to a sharp increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. Read more about the restrictions.
